You must have a love of food, a desire be part of a professional team and willingness to learn how to create fresh and vibrant dishes of excellent quality, flavour and consistency.
A good work ethic, impeccable personal hygiene and attention to detail are a must.
Working with the owner chefs, your career will be guided and supported with a very unique opportunity.
