2IC Medical Receptionist Required for Upper Mt Gravatt.

We are currently looking for a friendly, professional and organised 2IC Medical Receptionist to help support the Practice Manager and assist in leading our team to help support and build the practice. Excellent working environment with friendly staff and patients. 

The successful applicant will:

• At least 12 months experience working in a reception or customer services focused role
• Excellent communication and strong customer service skills
• Great leadership skills
• Willingness to learn and work as a team.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task.​
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.​
• Enthusiastic and positive personality.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet set standards.
• Ability to help support & lead a busy practice 
• Dependable and reliable in character and possess a strong work ethic.
• Experience with Best Practice desirable.
