Heart Specialists Toowoomba is a new private cardiology practice based at St Vincent's Private Hospital. We take pride in providing high quality cardiac care to the Toowoomba and Darling Downs region. Our team includes two cardiologists, three sonographers, two nurses and three admin staff. We value and foster the growth of both our company and staff.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Warmly greet all patients, staff and visitors
- Manage patient appointments and accounts
- Process incoming and outgoing electronic communication
- Ensure accurate storage and retrieval of patient and practice electronic records
- Communicate effectively with patients, visitors and staff to ensure the smooth running of the Practice
Qualifications & experience
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Superior problem solving and decision making skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multi task and prioritise a busy workload
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry is desirable but not essential
