With an impressive presence across Australia, featuring 7-9 stores and 1-3 factories per state, we cater to a diverse clientele offering two distinct ranges: a cost-effective, mass-produced import line and a premium, custom-built range known for its superior quality.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team on the Sunshine Coast. This role is not just about making sales; it's about crafting experiences, solving problems, and ensuring that our customers feel confident and valued in their decision to choose MW Manufacturing for their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct sales: Engage directly with customers, providing comprehensive quotes, exceptional customer service, and resolving any issues that arise.
- Liaison: Work closely with manufacturers, car dealerships, and internal teams (fitters, factory staff, electricians, delivery personnel, engineers, and accounting) to ensure accuracy and timeliness of orders.
- Showroom management: Maintain the showroom's appearance, monitor stock levels, and manage financial transactions accurately.
- Logistics and communication: Plan and control logistics to provide accurate wait times and maintain high standards of communication with customers.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, or related fields.
- Exceptional time management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage both big-picture projects and meticulous details.
- Forklift license preferred but not required.
- A proactive, enthusiastic attitude, with a keenness to learn and grow within the industry.
