29th February, 2024 - Allocate tasks and provide specialist support and guidance to the Payroll team- Assist in the provision of timely and accurate Payroll Services- Maintain correct employee details and electronic personnel files- Actively contribute to meeting the objectives of the Payroll, People & Culture and Finance Departments.Manage work allocation and provide leadership to Payroll Team Access and manage the work priorities/tasks to be completed Allocate work allocation within the team Lead complex payroll processes Provide high level support to the Payroll Coordinator with process improvements Provide leadership, training and support to the Payroll team Collaboratively work with the HR Generalist team to ensure outstanding maintenance is completed within required timeframesPayroll Production - Fortnightly Payrun Processing Timesheets, including data entry Ensure all attendance sheets have been received Check and confirm input data, assist where necessary.
