The Opportunity:
We're looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and motivated payroll professional to come and join our team on a 6-12 month contract but with the potential to go permanent. We offer a flexible working environment and are open to part-time or full-time. You role will include the following:
- End-to-end payroll processing for 350+ employees using iChris/Chris 21
- Process deductions and allowances
- Interpretation of all relevant awards and entitlements
- Calculations of payroll tax, superannuation and work cover
- Processing new starters, terminations and payroll adjustments
- Manage payroll inboxes and queries
- Exposure to single touch payroll, payroll tax compliance and workcover
What you bring:
- Previous experience using iChris/Chris21 in Payroll is essential
- Exposure to Xero desirable but not essential
- Effective time management & organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively within a team environment
