You will be working for a market leading organisation, who are a recognised brand across Australia. They are in the market for a senior Payroll specialist to join the team on a permanent basis. You will be working with a large team and an excellent organisation with fantastic benefits, which includes company bonus and 2 days in the office.
Your new role
You will report directly into the Payroll Manager and will complete the below:
- End to End Payroll Processing
- Overall Payroll - 1200 employees
- Preceda Payroll System
- Process super, tax, PAYG
- Payroll Queries
- Assist the Payroll manager with any projects
- Manage your own portfolio
- Liaise with stakeholders and management
- Payroll reconciliations
- Ensure a smooth Payroll process
- Work as part of the wider HR team
- New starters and terminations
- Assist with any adhoc duties
What you will need
You will need previous Payroll experience, 5 + years, You will be able to work on your own initiative, Preceda would be preferred but is not essential
