In this role, you'll:

You will be working as part of a team of Access and Compliance officers who are fun, collaborative and are passionate about helping people.

Sitting within the Information Access team, in this  role your will assist in responding to requests for information under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA Act) and other legislation (training is provided)

You will also be carrying out research, searching for records, and drafting responses to requests for information about the huge range of activities in which the transport cluster is involved.

About you

• You are an excellent communicator with great writing skills. You have a passion for helping people and work best in a team. You will have the ability to read and interpret legislation. Experience working in a legal environment, or with highly sensitive information, will be highly regarded.
• You will have exceptional attention to detail and be able to manage your time and work well.
• You will have outstanding communication skills and be able to build and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• We will be looking to create a talent pool from this recruitment for upcoming roles.
