If you are organised, have great attention to detail - this is an awesome opportunity to get into client service in advertising. This role includes: planning the radio and TV campaigns and working out the timelines, producing invoices, briefing creatives, proof reading, presenting scripts and storyboards to clients and to submissions approval boards from start to dispatch of campaigns.
NB: The role encompasses the co-ordination of the scripts, timelines, estimates and dispatch of material and requires someone who loves administration.
You:
You need to be highly organised, great work ethic with unbelievable attention to detail. You'll be trained in this role and In time you will need to work autonomously, dealing with fast turnarounds and multiple projects on the go at any one time through an existing workflow. You’ll have a positive attitude, good attention to detail and time management skills. With superior communication skills, you’ll be able to liaise with clients as well as internal creative teams, overseeing scripts, costs and dispatch of material for approvals and final going on air.
You’ll be supported by other team members as well as a Senior Account Manager and Senior Account Director, and the wider agency team.
The Agency:
The Agency are established and do a lot of TV/Radio production for fast turn-around clients. They are friendly and helpful and support each other. You’ll be able to learn from seniors and find out all the ins and outs of radio and TV/Radio production. If you apply yourself and impress, there is room for growth. 4 days in office, one from home.
