Reporting to the Direct to Consumer (DTC) Operations Manager, this role is responsible for managing operations and communications in the DTC fulfilment process via Treasury Wine Estates (TWE) owned and third-party warehouses, to ensure best in class consumer experience and ensure TWE financial targets are met.
- Manage warehouse and logistics inbox - schedule of daily orders/transfers to ensure seamless integration between acceptance of order and final delivery of product.
- Responsible for the tracking and communication process with our end consumer with key delivery partners.
- Manage all mass mailouts to customers regarding delivery delays, vintage changes and out of stock products via Salesforce.
About you
We are searching for an individual with exceptional time management and attention to detail. Ideally you will have a background in sales, marketing, FMCG or customer service and have experience with conflict resolution in relation to compliant handling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good judgment in rearranging changing priorities
- Basic computer literacy in MS Suites programming
