About the Role
As a Account Executive, you'll thrive in our fast-paced, agile, and rapidly growing environment. Your primary responsibility will be to grow our portfolio of child care centres, ranging from passionate single centre operators to highly successful multi-centre operators running businesses worth over $100 million. This role is ideal for someone self-motivated, seeking personal growth, and ready to take on new challenges.
Skills You'll Need

- Excellent communication skills in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Strong organization and influencing abilities.
- Proven sales closing skills and the ability to handle objections.
- Action oriented mentality with great people skills.
- Curiosity, effective questioning, and understanding customer needs.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company is a plus.
