In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting the National Account Manager in the ownership and growth of a major Grocery account. Collaborating with a passionate team, this position plays an active role both internally and externally for our customers, focused on offering exceptional customer service. You will work with the National Account Manager and various cross-functional teams including marketing, category, supply chain, and finance to support in executing business objectives and strategies. About You:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 3-4 years of proven experience and success in roles such as Account Coordinator (or other sales roles), category analyst or similar Knowledge and experience in FMCG industry preferred but not essential Results focused with a determination for career progression The role: Support the National Account Manager in the day-to-day execution of account business plans Forecasting and spend management, including sales analysis tools such as PowerBI or IRI Analyse sales performance and promotional effectiveness by regularly reviewing and reporting on sales performance, sales forecasts, and market trends Promotional and NPD submissions Claim management and processing using Blueshift Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals Work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders to deliver an exceptional level of service to customers Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner Your Tail Wagging Moment – Why you’ll love this role: We are looking for someone to be part of our ambitious growth journey.
