Job Description
As an Account Executive you will be responsible for supporting a team of Sales Executives and the Group Business Manager by managing all administrative processes and enabling the smooth running of the team.
The responsibilities of the role includes sales and campaign management, creating and updating financial reports, working with market research team to assist in analytical side of business, all administrative duties for print and online products, liaising with internal stakeholders including editorial, production, other sales teams, commercial innovation, and commercial operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Client management & customer service - develop good relationships with external clients as well as internal departments
- Manage existing accounts & identify new business
- Administration & reporting - monitor and prepare detailed reports for clients in regards to campaign performance
- Commit to ongoing learning and development
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrate initiative
- Professional personal presentation
- Computer literacy - Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other presentation methods
- Internal system knowledge e.g. cyber-sell, checkfront, PIO an advantage
- Ability to operate collaboratively as part of a team, or autonomously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, dynamic environment.
- Punctual, must have integrity and initiative
- Sound word processing and database management skills
- Media knowledge an advantage
