Department Overview
The Inside Sales is responsible for being the subject matter expert, champion, and advocate for specific solutions or products within our overall portfolio. Their top priority is to radiate sales of a Video Security and Analytics solution within our overall product portfolio. Develops new prospects and interacts with existing customers to increase sales and adoption of new technologies and solutions. Strategically partners with Account Managers and serves as an overlay to help supplement their effort to drive next-generation solutions and services.
The Inside Sales is held accountable and incentivized for individual achievement of specific business targets and results. The Inside Sales is typically assigned to a geographic territory and is responsible for establishing a strong rapport and relationship with internal account teams and both existing and potential customers.
Job Description
Sell Video Security and Access control products and solutions through a consultative selling approach.
Drive sales in a defined territory to achieve revenue targets.
Qualify all existing leads in Salesforce.com and all Avigilon lead databases and resources set forth by the Inside Sales Manager, APAC that may be generated from sales, trade shows, tele-sales, marketing, referrals, partners, website, consultants, and call campaigns.
Coordinate, promote and lead webinars in your assigned region as directed by the Inside Sales Manager, APAC.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives for your assigned territory.

Proactively utilize strong problem-solving skills to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Educate customers on respective business processes and procedures and proactively continue to understand products & solutions.
Demonstrate active listening and consultative selling skills when promoting additional products and services.
Display strong verbal communication skills through daily customer interaction.
Exercise multi-tasking skills when managing multiple systems and applications during customer interaction.
Utilize internal business tools and applications to effectively qualify and resolve the customer’s issues. This involves multi-tasking between systems while interacting with the customer.
Basic Requirements
Education and Qualifications
Two to five years of experience within an Inside Sales organization
Preferred experience with technology sales, cold calling, and webinars
Preferred Salesforce CRM experience.
Proven sales achievement in a remote selling environment a PLUS
Experience developing collaborative relationships
Closing skills: Winning sales campaigns after they have progressed past Needs Development; closing late stage deals; developing reasons for prospects to act; overcoming late stage deal obstacles; winning confidence and support of late stage new entrants to the sales campaign
Experience delivering presentations
Proficient computer skills with emphasis on Windows or Google based applications
Experience
2+ years of sales and industry experience in Video Security
