The purpose of this role is to support our principal advisors and brokers; taking a pro-active approach to all aspects of account management and service delivery.
Key accountabilities include:
Maintaining and developing business relationships with prospective and existing clients
Collaboration with your colleagues in identifying opportunities and supporting prospective and existing clients
Developing and maintaining meaningful working relationships with our underwriting partners
Identify and describe insurable risks and opportunities, designing appropriate insurance solutions and risk management strategies, and negotiating appropriate risk transfer into the global insurance market
Managing systems underpinned by AI, client relationship management systems, and supporting the team’s business plan
Researching target sectors to support the building of a long term pipeline to generate new business growth
This is a great opportunity and to be considered, we are seeking a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role plus:
Strong account management experience gained within corporate or commercial broking
Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification
Comprehensive proficiency in Microsoft products (principally Word; Excel; PowerPoint; Outlook), and pro-active approach to learn specific new programs
Pro-active approach to all aspects of account management and service delivery
Highly developed communication and negotiation skills
Driven and professional disposition with a willingness to contribute to a team environment
