What will you be doing
As Account Manager, this role is responsible for day to day management of Goodman National accounts of the business. This role is business critical in terms of delivering the ASSA ABLOY standards in key areas such as:
- Delivery of satisfying service to national customers
- Day to day designated contact for main customers
- Achieving key accounts KPI’s to retain customer satisfaction
- Management of WIP assigned accounts and debts outstanding.
This will be achieved by :
- Management of assigned customer accounts
- Co-ordination with branch offices to ensure service request is delivered as requested by the customer
- Ensuring customer invoices (consolidated/reactive) are issued in a timely manner to each customer for prompt payment
- Ensuring all work performed is invoiced and issues as per customer requirements and issued to customers to achieve monthly forecast targets
- Ensure all quotes are submitted as per customer requirements and prompt follow up on outstanding quotations
- Ensuring ERP system database is up to date and matches with customer PO schedules
- Ensuring portal and app management is up to date
- Rollover planned maintenance on a monthly basis nationally
- Attending required meetings with responsible customers as required ‘teams’
