The Media Precinct is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Account Management team and contribute to the success of our clients.
As the primary point of contact for your clients, you will work closely with our Research, Content, Programmatic, and Integrated Media teams to coordinate the resources required to deliver successful campaigns.
Responsibilities- Client Communication: you’ll be the point of contact for your assigned clients and will promptly address all client communications and provide updates on actions. You will maintain strong communication with client stakeholders at all levels.
- Managing Briefs: assisting in compiling and sharing briefs internally and managing internal and external expectations.
- Organisation & Planning: manage campaign timelines and deadlines with clients and internal teams. Ensure media and creative proposals align with client briefs and are sent for approval. Oversee client contract setup, documentation, and coordination of client meetings.
- Client Services and Account Management: organise and conducting meetings such as,
- Work-in-progress (WIP) meetings
- Campaign reporting and performance meetings
- Internal Meetings
- Digital briefing
- Media
- Creative sessions etc
- Account growth: develop an awareness of our clients' needs and business problems and proactively identify opportunities to engage with clients in additional business units.
- Budgeting and finance: be involved with contract negotiations and develop an understanding of key financial to ensure efficient budgeting and financial management.
- Continued Learning and Development: attend talks, courses, and meetings to enhance industry knowledge and personal growth. Participate in industry events, sharing insights with the wider team.

- Client relationship health –clients are serviced to a high level, with high levels of satisfaction.
- Timeline and response management – clients are responded to in a timely manner and timelines are managed deadlines effectively.

- Internal team relationships and management – working harmoniously with internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring that client needs are met.
- Proactivity – together with Account Managers, you can identify areas of opportunity to be proactive with clients beyond briefed campaigns.
Requirements

- You have experience as an Account Manager in a full-service agency.
- You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy building relationships.
- You know how to negotiate and problem-solve.
- You have a knowledge and understanding of current marketing and advertising trends and best practices.
- You’re a strong communicator both written and verbally.
