The opportunity
We are looking for our next $1m dollar biller. In NSW have 6 Account Managers who hit this milestone in FY23, and 3 others have previously hit $1m. We understand what it takes to achieve this, and we can provide the support and roadmap to help you get there and beyond.
What to expect
- New Business development, with access to lapsed, interstate and dormant clients.
- Support from a shared or dedicated Candidate Manager, based on growth trajectory.
- An Account Management structure where you get full ownership of the client in NSW.
- Full 360 Recruitment and a willingness to own the process end-to-end when in growth mode.
- This role sits within our Commercial Team which does not include Government or Financial Services clients.
- We currently have a hybrid working policy. 2 days working from home, 3 in the office with Monday & Friday being our anchor days.
- Agency experience, preferably in Sydney with an established network you can tap into.
- Consistent billings in your previous role(s) - doesn’t need to be $1m, that’s where we can help.
- Experience or willingness to work across all areas of technology, and other areas to meet the needs of clients.
