Rapid Media is looking for a meticulous and passionate Account Manager to work across a variety of local, national, and international clients out of our office located on the Gold Coast or Brisbane.
Reporting to the Account Director, this role will see you take responsibility for campaign planning management and client engagement for various clients, as well as working closely with our teams and internal services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop key relationships with clients and media owners.
- Management and the implementation of media plans throughout their campaign-cycle
- Management of the campaign reporting process
- Maintaining regular dialogue on campaign performance and market opportunities for your client
- The co-ordination and follow up of external contractors that may be engaged by Rapid Media Services Pty Ltd, to provide services on behalf of the company to our clients.
- Responsible for training and development of junior team members
- Supporting your Account Director in new business development including, research, pitch documentation and planning
Key Requirements:
- 2-3+ years of strong media planning & buying experience.
- Experience working on fast-paced high-volume account.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team to provide exceptional solutions for clients.
- Full working knowledge of Spectra MD, Roy Morgan, AQX Fusion, and the Microsoft suite.
- Implementation planning capabilities and good understanding of media fundamentals
- Exceptional client facing communication & presentation skills.
- Create a positive impact to the culture of the business, by having a positive and ‘whatever it takes’ attitude
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Roy Morgan Asteroid, AQX Fusion and SpectraMD (BMD) is a must.
