The Role
- Are you a dynamic and driven professional with a passion for building strong relationships with clients? We're excited to welcome an Account Manager to our 360 Personnel blue collar recruitment team who will play a pivotal role in our continued success.
- As an Account Manager, you will primarily focus on servicing a select handful of core existing blue collar agency clients. Your role within this practice will be to manage your assigned territory by:
- Developing new business and maintain existing client relationships through a variety of business development techniques
- Develop and maintain industry network and personal brand
- Lead generation
- Deliver to client expectations
- Participate in training and coaching more junior Consultants to share knowledge and expertise within the company
- Achievement of GP/Budget
- Daily business development activity
- Maintain adequate pipeline to achievement budget
Your Background

- Sales and client relationship management experience
