The Role

• Are you a dynamic and driven professional with a passion for building strong relationships with clients? We're excited to welcome an Account Manager to our 360 Personnel blue collar recruitment team who will play a pivotal role in our continued success.
• As an Account Manager, you will primarily focus on servicing a select handful of core existing blue collar agency clients. Your role within this practice will be to manage your assigned territory by:
• Developing new business and maintain existing client relationships through a variety of business development techniques
• Develop and maintain industry network and personal brand
• Lead generation
• Deliver to client expectations
• Participate in training and coaching more junior Consultants to share knowledge and expertise within the company
• Achievement of GP/Budget
• Daily business development activity
• Maintain adequate pipeline to achievement budget

• Sales and client relationship management experience

• Intermediate MS Excel & Word skills
