ABOUT THE ROLE

AXS ANZ is seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join their Melbourne team as an Account Manager
In this client facing role, you will be responsible for managing an exciting portfolio of assigned clients to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to respective contracts, evolving industry trends and AXS business objectives. 

You will also be providing front-line, exceptional service and support including relationship management, event set up, configuration and tech support. 

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing all facets of event ticketing builds in the AXS platform and event day delivery of services to support the operations on the day. It will involve servicing our clients and partners with excellence as well as working cross functionally with our AXS teams such as customer, operations and marketing to ensure the seamless delivery of events.

You will advise, assist, and advocate for our clients and partners and provide support for all AXS products and services.

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Partner with our clients to lead all facets of event ticketing delivery services, from event builds in liaison with the client and venue requirements, through to delivery on event day and post event briefings.
  • Be a key market expert for AXS. This requires proactive service and communication with clients
  • As the primary relationship holder with clients, ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction resulting in contract renewals
  • Support and share knowledge with our global team of talented Account Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
  • Working closely with marketing, manage AXS brand activation in partnership with your clients
  • Understand and report client health statistics ensuring that any issues with performance or client satisfaction are identified, escalated and or dealt with in a timely manner
  • Work as partners with our clients Ticketing Management teams by developing strong relationships and a deep understanding of each venue and its unique challenges
  • Develop expertise on all AXS products / services, remaining current with all new releases
  • Quickly and thoroughly respond to support and service requests from our clients
  • Facilitate the sharing of best practices, offering advice on event and promotion configuration
  • Accurately track and report all client interactions to ensure consistent, high-quality service
  • Assist with event and promotion configuration 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve or escalate technical support issues

 

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Relevant account management experience, preferably in Ticketing or other Live Entertainment entities
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs with the ability to form strong relationships with designated clients and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to quickly master new end-user software applications
  • Highly developed levels of attention to detail as well as excellent time management and communication skills.
  • A growth mindset with a commitment to providing excellent service in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects and tasks at any given time, without compromising quality, whilst working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel & Outlook

IT’S ALSO IMPORTANT THAT YOU KNOW

  • This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Our Account Manager may be required to perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Our ideal team member will have the ability to travel frequently to meet with clients and support events on a regular schedule. This may include during evenings and weekends throughout the year.
  • You will also need to be able to provide a range of background checks, including an Australian Police Check and a Working With Children Check.
