Reporting to: National Account DirectorKey responsibilities
- Support the account lead to develop and execute a commercial plan that drives sustainable & profitable growth, aligned with Kerry's strategic growth platforms.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of customers, markets, competitors, and trends to identify actionable insights.
- Identify new sales opportunities & ensure a strong pipeline of new business with existing and new customers.
- Ensure the smooth execution of projects by managing the pipeline proactively across functions and business units.
- Maintain a high level of support to the customer in business-as-usual activities that services and supports the baseline business with the accounts.
- Build collaborative and cross-functional relationships with key accounts.
- Develop a strong understanding of key customer system, processes, and ways of working.
- Bachelor's Degree with minimum 5 years in a sales/account management experience, within Food & Beverage industry.
- Experience within the QSR category would be preferred.
- Proven experience working successfully with multifunctional teams to ensure achievement of strategic business goals.
