Responsibilities:
- Proactively recruit and integrate real estate agents and agencies;
- Initiate and maintain regular contact with partners, informing them about new services, products, and business opportunities;
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximise partnership outputs and achieve sales targets;
- Organise and lead routine sales and strategy meetings, as well as promotional events to boost platform engagement;
- Monitor market trends and competitor strategies, sharing insights to refine the business approach; and
- Support partner success through regular training sessions and collaborative marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields is required;
- Minimum of two years in a sales-oriented role, preferably with experience in property markets or a similar industry;
- Strong ability to forge and maintain professional relationships in both B2B and B2C contexts.
It is advantageous if this candidate can speak Mandarin.
