Body Smart Health is looking for a high-performing Referral Relationship Manager to work alongside our Allied Health Professionals and Centre Managers to promote their services to a defined area of local referrers. You will be reporting to the Head of Growth and Partnerships where you will be supported to achieve a targeted approach to the market, driving strategic marketing and sales initiatives while managing new and existing referrers while communicating and collaborating with all internal stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who
- Manage and develop current referrer relationships, whilst delivering on current marketing strategies.
- Act as the first point of contact for referrer matters with a customer-focused attitude.
- Resolve and/or escalate referrer issues or complaints as they arise.
- Increase revenue to assigned territory in line with the budget expectations. Identify new customer opportunities and develop relationships to gain new referrers.
- Increase referrer base in line with predefined KPIs.
- Maintain ongoing competitor and market analysis.
- Achieve revenue targets via the implementation of revenue growth strategies.
- Commercially driven professional and enjoy the buzz of making things happen.
- High level of organisation and work ethic is needed for this Account Manager role.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Current Drivers Licence is essential.
- Qualification in a Health Science, Business, Sales, or Medical Terminology is desirable but not essential.
- Recent graduate or industry background is desirable.
- Demonstrated account management or relationship management experience with a history of achieving sales targets, preferably in healthcare.
- Proficient computer literacy in applications such as Microsoft Office and CRM tools (i.e., Hubspot, or Salesforce).
- Current National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain one)
- Ability to obtain a Blue Card/Yellow Card.
