AddressWe are looking for a skilled accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various aspects of financial management including but not limited to:
- Bank Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements with internal records to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.
- Accounts Receivable (AR): Managing accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts.
- Accounts Payable (AP): Handling accounts payable functions such as processing invoices, verifying expenses, and managing vendor payments.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitoring and managing cash flow to ensure adequate funds are available for operational needs.
- Week-End & Month-End Reporting: Preparing comprehensive reports summarizing financial activities and performance on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Payroll Processing: Administering payroll processes including calculating wages, taxes, and deductions, and ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.
In addition to these core responsibilities, the successful candidate may be required to assist with other financial tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Mandarin communication
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience (1 year) in accounting roles, with a focus on the mentioned areas.
- Proficiency in accounting software (XERO) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
