Accountant
Full time Armidale based.
Exciting opportunity for an experienced accountant to take a hands on role in managing all aspects of the accounting function for a childcare operator and developer. Key responsibilities include:
- Processing accounts payable invoices
- Weekly payroll
- Reconciling bank accounts
- Reconciling loan accounts
- Maintaining fixed asset registers, prepayment schedules etc
- Preparation of month end management reporting
- Preparation of monthly BAS
- Expense claims
- General administration
- Insurances
You will support an executive team of chartered accountants who will mentor you into this role. Applicants must be proficient in Xero. Immediate start with handover provided.
