The Role
This is a full-time ongoing position. You will be supporting the Principals and Finance Officers across multiple schools in a district. You will lead and support the financial management, compliance, accounting and reporting.

- Salary range for this position is I1 to I4 on the CEO salary scale ($110,590 - $123,848 per annum) plus superannuation.

About you?
- Commitment to the objectives and ethos of Catholic education.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Accountant role with Professional accounting body (CPA or CAANZ) qualifications or equivalent.
- Extensive experience with management and financial accounting.
- Sound knowledge and demonstrated ability of relevant accrual accounting practices.
- Experience in preparing for external financial audits and liaising with external and internal auditors.
- Experience in financial procedures including accounts receivable, accounts payable, preparation of Business Activity Statements, and general ledger processing.
- Sound knowledge and demonstrated ability of relevant accrual accounting practices.
- A service mind-set so that the Catholic Schools in Western Australia are provided with the service standards necessary to achieve their development objectives within system priorities and accountabilities.
