Reputable design and manufacturing organisation seeking a Part-Time Accounts Admin
Your new company
A reputable organisation who partners with FMCG companies with the design of their packaging are currently seeking an Accounts Admin to join their team in Braeside on a permanent part-time basis. You will be working alongside the head of finance in a brand-new purpose-built office space.
Your new role
Accounts payable duties
Accounts receivable duties
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Admin duties – including ordering office supplies
Additional ad-hoc duties as required
What you'll need to succeed
Prior experience in a similar role
Well-organised and ability to be proactive
Excellent communication & verbal skills
Great problem-solving and attention to detail
Experience with Xero
