The Accounts Administration is a central role within Radsby Services. The main purpose of this role is to provide Administrative and Accounts support across a range of areas, whilst undertaking a traineeship in the Financial sector.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this Full Time role requires exceptional attention to detail. You will be required to work with some level of autonomy. This role will also work closely with the Chief Executive Officer, Business Analyst, Finance Manager, Compliance Officer and Accountants, as well as Clients.
To succeed in this role, you will have drive, determination, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Key attributes and skills required for this role are:
- Ability to priorities multiple tasks;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite;
- Ability to work independently, and collaboratively, as part of a dynamic team;
- Good presentation and a pleasant manner;
- Current driver’s license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bank, Credit Card and General Ledger reconciliations;
- Complete a Traineeship;
- Phone calls;
- Diary management;
- Ordering;
- Filing;
- Data Entry.
