Swan Façade Services is one business in a group of companies, the group of companies specialises in commercial cleaning and building maintenance in both Perth and regional Western Australia. Our head office is based in Osborne Park WA, we also have an office located in Albany WA. The position is based in our Osborne Park office and will be working across accounts of 3 businesses.
Qualifications & experience
- MYOB Experience (At least 2 years) - Essential
- Accounts Payable & Receivable Experience - Essential
- Basic Administration Experience
Tasks & responsibilities
- Raising of invoices
- Following up overdue debtors
- Receipting of invoices
- Administration duties (Filing, ordering of office consumables etc.)
