Our valued and long-standing client is a highly successful boutique accounting firm in Subiaco. Their professional and stable staff need a new addition to the administration team due to an internal promotion.
A Client Services Administrator with previous experience in the Accounting/Financial Services Sector is needed to take on this exciting and interesting role.
This is a full-time, permanent role. Full training can be provided in systems and processes but experience in the accounting/financial services sector or another professional service sector is required. Street parking is available and a generous salary is offered dependent on your skills and experience. In addition to this, you have a paid day off for your birthday and after probation there is flexibility with start and finish times plus other perks such as assistance with career development and quarterly staff team building events.
A communicative, computer-literate person who is highly organised and personable will really enjoy making this role their own. There is room for growth and you will be working with a lovely team of friendly and capable people in pleasant offices.
The main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Administration Support including the collection and management of ATO, Client and ASIC data
- Support the Accounting team by completing word processing, spread sheeting, data entry and other projects and tasks when required
- Close interaction with clients while managing the client database, onboarding new client and setting up client files
- Diary management for professional staff
- Assistance with phones and messages as required
- Liaising with the ATO, ASIC and other professional bodies
- Preparation of invoices
- Lodging documents using the ATO Portal and managing lodgements of a variety of returns on behalf of clients and Accountants
