Our client is a highly regarded Mining Services company located in Osborne Park, seeking skilled Data-Entry Administrators with a background in Accounts Payable. If you are a highly efficient and driven administrator seeking an ongoing contract and the opportunity to gain exposure within the Mining Services industry, this would be the perfect role.
The Successful Applicant
- Highly Motivated with a strong work ethic
- Exposure to Pronto, SAP or Oracle is highly regarded
- Experience with High Volume data entry with good accuracy
- Able to deal with internal and external stakeholders
- Skilled in Microsoft Suite
The Role
- High Level accurate data entry of Vendors invoices & credit notes
- Target minimum 60-100 p/day
- Answering incoming calls and follow correct process through to resolution
- High volume incoming Vendor enquires via email (500-600 per day) when assigned
- Action Internal stakeholders’ queries and respond within a specified timeframe when assigned
- Adhoc general administration duties as directed by Credit & Payables Manager
