We have an opportunity for an Accounts & Administration Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Accounts payables and receivables
- Payroll
- Staff expense claims and account reconciliations
- End or Month, EOFY, BAS and other functions
- Invoice preparation and submissions
- Development of Financial and Management Reports
- Assist with general credit control and debt recovery including liaising with clients
- Working with the General Manager and Operations Manager to develop appropriate procedures to improve overall finance processes
- Working with the General Manager and Operations Manager to maintain project management system
- General administrative tasks and office duties including answering and directing phone calls, data entry tasks etc as required

Emphasis is placed on the candidate having experience and confidence liaising with clients to recover aged debtors.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
