Position Overview:
As a Part-Time Administration Assistant, you will be an integral part of our administrative team, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relief reception duties
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintain and organise office documents, records, and filing systems
- Lodging of Tax returns via Xero
- Preparation of client documents using DocuSign
A bit more personal:
- You have proven customer service skills, in an office environment.
- Computer competency. We are a cloud based business so a higher than base level of Microsoft products is expected.
- Organisation is second nature to you; a messy desk upsets you – 'Tidy desk, tidy mind' is something you live by.
- You would enjoy socialising with your other team members and participating in our office events.
- You have an understanding of the local area, we love staff who are involved with our local community, sports clubs or schools.
The finer details:
- We are offering a school hour position, work hours between 9:15am - 2:45pm
- 4 or 5 day per week - (20 - 25 hours)
- Salary based on experience
