Job Description:

We require a detail-oriented and efficient Administrative Assistant to support our team. This role is a part-time role (3 days per week) with the opportunity to expand into a full-time position.  Flexible working arrangements may be available for the right candidate.

This will involve a variety of administrative duties, including: 

  • Data Entry: Raising purchase orders and entering supplier invoices into AroFlo system against individual jobs.
  • Invoicing: Assist with the preparation of invoices, ensuring accurate and timely billing.
  • Office Duties: Carry out general office tasks, such as email handling, ordering supplies, and others as required, to support smooth operations.

Other work may include:

  • Scheduling: Manage the schedules of our field staff, ensuring efficient and timely service delivery.
  • Client Communication: Act as a key point of contact for our clients, handle their enquiries, provide updates, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Proposals: Assist with the preparation of comprehensive service proposals for potential and existing clients.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills with experience and understanding of accounts
  • Accounts with Xero experience or similar essential
  • AroFlo experience high valued
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Horticulture Industry experience or training would be an advantage
