Qualifications & experience
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Cargowise software program would be useful but is not a prerequisite
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work as part of a team, with or without supervision
- You will have excellent attention to detail
- You will be motivated and energetic with a can-do attitude
- You are reliable, dependable, and trustworthy
Tasks & responsibilities
- Processing payables & receivables invoices using Cargowise
- End of Month Processing and Bank Reconciliations
- Preparation of Activity statements & BAS
- Preparation of end of month financial statement
- Preparation of EOFY reports for Company Accountant
- General Ledger Account Maintenance & Journal Entries
- Payment to local & international creditors/agents
- Reconcile CASS Reports
