- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office- Especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organised and punctual
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Work well under pressure
- Previous accounts experience required
Tasks & responsibilities
- Process, distribute and reconcile accounts receivable
- Process accounts payable invoices
- Maintain filing systems
- Merchant settlements
- Answering phones and greeting customers
- Petty cash management
- Managing documents
- Bank Reconciliation
