Qualifications & experience
- Experience with accounting software (Competency with Xero is an advantage)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Attention to detail
- Good organisational skills
- Good communication skills
Tasks & responsibilities
- Entering invoices into Xero
- Checking Statements from Suppliers
- Following up on any missing invoices
- Monitor Accounts Inbox
