We are seeking an Accounts Assistant to assist with a rapid growth company.
Some duties would include
- Process purchase orders
- Process invoices
- Accounts reconciliations
- Payroll duties
- Liaising with creditors and staff
- Maintain files and electronic records
- Perform administrative tasks as needed
- Update and maintain accounts database
- Track and resolve accounting problems and discrepancies as needed
The successful candidate must be a team player, with good computer skills and a good knowledge of Excel and Work, attention to detail.
We are open to discuss working days / times but we are seek a minimum of 3-4 days a week , (preferably Tuesday to Friday)
