To be successful in this role your skills and knowledge will include:- Experience with Xero is essential.
- Experience in maintaining accounts receivable and payable ledgers.
- Experience in financial accounting procedures within a professional environment and multiple entities.
- Proficient in the use of MS Word, Outlook, Internet Explorer and Intermediate skills in Excel.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong data entry and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised as well as part of a collaborative team.
As part of the team, you will:
- Reconcile all accounts payable on a monthly basis.
- Identify overdue accounts payable invoices.
- Send reminder notices and follow up outstanding accounts.
- Purchasing of office requirements.
- General finance office administration and office support as required by the Finance Manager.
