MediaForm is the market leader in commercial IT supplies and print solutions. We are currently experiencing immense growth and are looking to expand our team in the Sydney office with a full-time Accounts Assistant & Bookkeeper.
As a company, MediaForm specialises in the Print & IT space delivering excellent service and solutions from all major vendors such as but not limited to HP, Samsung, Fuji Xerox, Lexmark and Brother to our business & corporate clients throughout Australia. With offices in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne, MediaForm is looking to build a strong team of like-minded individuals to grow within the company and service our clients with their Print & IT needs and more.
Key responsibilities and duties include:
- Driving the collection process with outbound calls to all clients and customers
- Maintaining outstanding and aged balances - keeping everything up-to-date
- Assisting with reports - on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Allocation and receipting of payments and transactions
- Other adhoc accounting and office duties as required
Essential criteria:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer service focus
- Able to efficiently use MS Office Excel, Word & Outlook
- Highly motivated and proactive
- Good time management and analytical skills
- Able to work independently and efficiently
- Previous background in accounting and tertiary education are desirable
