We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant / Officer with strong learning abilities. The exciting opportunity is based at our Sumner Park Head Office.

Job Scope
• Manage and maintain customer / supplier accounts
• Ensure accuracy of invoices, credits and statements to avoid double-ups
• Enter customer and supplier payments in the system
• Manage late customer payments
• Follow up outstanding, unallocated or missing supplier transactions with store managers
• Answer internal and external phone enquiries
• Provide office/admin support, such as managing staff purchases
Skills
- 3+ years similar experience or 1+ year with relevant qualifications
- Sound accounts knowledge
- Good communication
- Good time management
- Intermediate Microsoft office skills
