Finance Assistant

As an Trainee Finance Support/Assistant your role will be dedicated to supporting our business to grow through providing unprecedented guest service; ensuring effective and efficient dealership workflow and supporting the finance department to deliver a superior service experience.

Day to day you will be responsible for a variety of duties including but not limited to:

• Delegation of guest enquiries
• General Administration tasks
• Customer Service
• Supporting the Business Managers as needed
• Being at the forefront of the Ken Mills Toyota Brand
• Delivering exceptional customer care
• Overseeing and coordinating daily filing, guest enquiries, maintenance of guest records, data integrity across dealership systems

To be successful in the role you will need:

• Experience in a similar role all though beneficial not essential
• Excellent customer service skills and phone manner
• Sound administrative and computer skills or the ability to learn
• Be highly organised and have a high attention to detail
• Show initiative and self-motivation
• Clean and neat presentation
• A can-do and proactive attitude
• Attention-to-detail
• Strong and committed work ethic
• Personable nature
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively both autonomously and in a team environment
• A great sense of humor and desire to make people feel good
• The ability to obtain a police check if required
