Our client is an award winning residential Design and Construct Home builder based on the South East side of Brisbane. They have been established for over 10 years and have an exceptional reputation in Brisbane as a boutique architectural home builder specialising in projects between 800k - $1.5mil.
About the Position
Currently an opportunity exists for a friendly, professional individual to join their team as an Accounts Assistant to join their team in a Part Time role - either 3-4 days per week or school hours! This position will be very diverse and will include however not be limited to:
- Accounts payable and data entry
- Collating invoices, filing and archiving
- Collecting and distributing mail
- Reception duties as back up to full time Receptionist
- Workplace health and safety paperwork
- Follow up paperwork from subcontractors
- Other general accounts and administration
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- High level of professionalism and communication
- Team player with a great attitude
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- Friendly disposition
