Your Next Opportunity:
We need an enthusiastic and dedicated Accounts Assistant to support our Accounts Department and Management team.
The role requires a keen eye for detail, great organisational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Initially this is a permanent part-time role, 4 days / 30 hours per week, with the possibility of becoming full-time in the future. Some flexibility to work extra hours will be required for busy periods and to provide cover for annual leave.

About the Position:
You will bring your bookkeeping and general administration experience and skills to this busy role. Some of your responsibilities may include:
- Assist the Accounts and Financial Control Manager and Management Team
- Proficiently handle MYOB data entry, including entering of invoices
- Perform bank reconciliations for various entities and company credit cards
- Process accounts payable and handle supplier queries
- Accurately check and record expenses, and raise invoices to our clients
- Maintain accurate filing and records management
- General admin duties and other ad hoc duties as required.
Selection Criteria:
- 2+ years accounts/bookkeeping experience (essential)
- Proficiency in financial software - MYOB or similar (essential), PropertyMe (highly regarded)
- Microsoft skills including intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Strong organisational and communication skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, able to multi-task and to work autonomously
- Accounts experience within the Building and Construction Industry or Real Estate Industry (Rental Trust accounts) highly regarded.
