The role:
We have an opportunity for a detail-oriented, part-time Accounts Clerk to join a great team that values its people. Working approximately 20 hours per week that is flexible across 3-4 days, you will be based in our Marion Rd office, working closely with our Bookkeeper.
You will be working closely with our bookkeeper and our CEO. We’re small but genuine friendly team. You will be an integral part of our small team and as such we seek someone who is warm, friendly with a can-do attitude.
The duties include:
- Accounts payable using MYOB, Xero and FileMaker
- Record and process client trip receipts and expenses (requiring high attention to detail!)
- Reconciliation of travel files & financial systems
- Supplier file administration and upkeep
- General administration, data entry and filing
- Ordering of stationery and office supplies
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks as required
- Assist with payroll as needed
About You:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an account clerk/administration role
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Natural problem solver with strong work initiative
- Proven administration and data entry experience
- High level of computer literacy and experience with MYOB highly valued
