Genuine Support Services Australia is a, for purpose, registered NDIS organisation, providing NDIS support services to people living with Disability. Due to continual growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Full Time Accounts Clerk to work within our Finance team.
The Role
- Draft and send service invoices ensuring they are in line with the NDIS price guide or other relevant contractual requirements.
- Review and approve employee timesheets ensuring compliance with the relevant award in time to be exported to the payroll team.
- Draft quotes for services when requested by relevant team members in a timely manner.
- Provide regular financial reporting to senior management.
- Follow up on any outstanding invoices with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely payments.
- Assist the finance manager in conducting his day-to-day duties as required.
- Keep up to date on any changes to relevant stakeholders such as the NDIS specifically around changes to pricing arrangements and inform other team members as required.
Essential
Certificate III in Financial Services or equivalent
Understanding of the Disability Services Act and practical application particularly within the NDIS
National police clearance and WWCC
Ability to be self-motivated, ability to manage time well and prioritise workload.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experienced in office applications including but not limited to Excel and Word and experienced in data entry

Full Time Hours
Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00 pm
