Qualifications & experience
- Experience in using Xero or similar Accounting Software
- Capable to handle Accounts Payable and Receivable processes from start to finish
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, everchanging environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Tasks & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end AP and AR processes
- Utilize Xero for daily financial operations
- Process payments accurately and authorise in a timely manner
- Assist in optimising and streamlining internal procedures to optimise efficiency
- Assist in generating reports for internal and external review as required
- Follow up dated debtors
- Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders
