Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, Kyren Group currently has a position available for an enthusiastic, reliable permanent part-time Accounts Clerk/Bookkeeper Monday through Friday from 9 am - 3 pm. Qualifications & experience
- Proficient in MYOB
- Proficient in Microsoft & Outlook
- Ability to work autonomously
- Professional telephone manner & personal presentation
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- High level of organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
Tasks & responsibilities
- Accounts receivable and payable
- MYOB data entry and accounts reconciliation
- Answering incoming calls, taking messages & redirecting calls
- Provide administration support to management
- Ad-hoc administration tasks as required
- Maintaining tidy and organized workplace amenity areas
- Cover staff absence as required
