Your Opportunity
We currently have an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Officer/Clerk to join our highly regarded Finance team based in the Sydney Office on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting into the Finance Manager in a close knit environment, primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Financial accounting
Bank Reconciliation
Accounts payable duties
Accounts receivable duties
Property accounting
Maintain tenancy schedules and lease files
Management reporting
Weekly cash flow report
Monthly A/R report
Assist with monthly and quarterly management reports
Other Ad hoc management reporting as required
Budgeting
Assist with yearly budgeting
Office Administration
Filing, pick up phone and others as required
About you
- At Least 2 years’ experience in an accounting department/corporate environment
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Knowledge or experience in Xero
- Fantastic communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent organisational skills - time and task management
- Sound attention to detail
- A demonstrated ability to work towards deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in property investment and development is preferable, but not a must
- Chinese speaker is advantage
